Para nossa decepção a médica, Dra Paula Retroz nos atendeu com uma antipatia, falta de empatia e ainda por cima sem paciência. Nem nos deixava terminar de falar e já falava por cima. We are thankful for the support and counsel provided by the medical staff, especially Dr. Nisa and Dr. Giselda and all the nurses. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better team to guide us through this journey.
