Ferris & Co, Bearstead, (initially Charly Newey, now Tracy Ford) initiated the referencing process via FCC Paragon which was painful to be honest, but having passed I'd like to thank Tracy for her professionalism, clarity and speed with which she handled the matter subsequently. Looking forward to moving in but not the move itself!
