Ferris & Co are an extremely efficient letting agent in my opinion and have always acted professionally with mine, my tenants and my property's best interest at heart. Having a managed property gives me peace of mind it is being looked after. Rent reviews are regularly addressed even if I don't want to alter. It's more important that my asset is being looked after the way I would if I were living in it. Trusted company.
