Whenever I have visited my mum, there's a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
Ferrar's Hall is a well planned, well maintained building which is very secure. The central lobby and lounge on each floor allows the residents and their families to get to know each other on an informal basis. My husband spent six months there and, from the start, we were both made to feel very welcome. This is a great care home, the staff are fantastic and really do care. My dad is 89 and he is very comfortable here at the home, he is very well looked after and he is not the easiest of guests.
