Fernvile surgery clearly states THREE DAYS for prescription request. I.e placed today..day 1 Weds 2nd thur 3rd Fri? Closed Saturday? Yet I receive sms telling me it's early. Prescription should last 16days so would be the Saturday that they are closed?
Very rude receptionist no manners at all how to talk to someone Thank you for your response, but I would like to clarify what actually happened during the interaction. Very poor service. Receptionists are not helpful. And online forms do not inform about the visit. I waited 20 days for the visit. On site it turned out that it was refused. I was informed that the doctor will not see me because I am not in a state of danger. My back pain was unbearable. I left the clinic crying. I do not recommend it, you have to find another doctor.
Cannot book an appointment over the phone, must do it online between 7am and 4pm, but not between 12-2 when a normal lunch break would be. How is this public health if it does not work for the general public?
I think the staff are lovely and the nurses they help you in anyway they can and if you require an appointment they do there best to help I had an appointment today with the doctor wasn't very happy thou about the smell of the room sorry to say
