If you are late, you will be told off and might eventually get a penalty or even blacklisted. But if they are late (made you wait) or they sometimes cancel/move your appointment, its fine with them. Just another day. Very unfair! Also, most of their GPs are either incompetent and/or unprofessional. Receptionist on this morning was lovely.
Terrible service , waiting on the phone for 50 minutes to be told there is no more appointments for the next 5 weeks? What’s the point of the landline being open if there is no appointments left? Unkind staff, and this issue seems only to be here in Witham 🤔… nurse practitioners should maybe do a few more courses on empathy and symptom awareness. Apologies I cannot give 0 stars it won’t let me
