Took my truck in for a coolant leak.. replaced the water pump under recall and repaired recall that was performed at another dealer along with a couple other recalls.. don't recall what the recall was for but it was something to do with steering.. After the original recall was performed I would get a clunk when turning, Fenton fixed it..
I have to say that Brandi and RJ in the service department are the only good experience I’ve had here. I was just over there Wednesday for oil change, recall repair and to possibly trade in my car,all this was set up by Erick a salesman. Got there and he had told service the wrong things to do to my car, got that corrected. And then Erick leaves for lunch, leaving me sitting there waiting on him to show me vehicles. I had trouble with my F-150 that I purchased at another location. Faith got me in and the problem was fixed. While in the waiting room, I was always greeted with a smile from all the employees.
Awesome place to buy a vehicle from. I bought a ram 1500 and it was the easiest place to deal with. I came in told them what I wanted and they made it happen. Ramon is an amazing salesman. If you need a new or used car go see Ramon
Kolton and the crew at fenton motors of pampa were great, friendly and beyond helpful. They stayed late just to help me and my family out in a desperate time of need. I would suggest anyone on the market for a new car to check them out. Thank again fenton for everything you did for us.

Just got smokin fast oil change!! Really nice people. Been a customer for 14 years!! Always good service..
They did not vacuum or clean windshield like other service departments
No complaints from me. I’ve been treated extremely well, from start to finish. And the service department has been stellar. I can’t imagine doing business with a dealer in Amarillo again. Thanks.
