the salesman are great no problems there, But the financial guy, well he is either hard hearing or just plain stupid. I had them take the TTL off the note and paid cash for that amount to lower the payment. Then he asks me about the extended warranty. I told him several times no, I did not want it. well he puts it on the note anyways. I did not want it, now there is another 3500.00 tied into a loan. I always pay the note off in two years anyways. I have been well satisfied with Fenton Motors since I purchased my 2013 ford F-150 4 years ago. About the only thing that have had done is the oil changes and they are doing the job very quickly and I am happy with their work.
