Overall, the service I got was great! I had a recall repair done on my Patriot. They got the part faster than expected, although the job took a little longer than estimated, I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. Great people! Great service! Thanks and keep up the great work!
If I could give 0 stars I would. The GM is rude as all get out. Was rude to me and when my husband said something about it, he cursed at him, saying he could be really f***ing rude and make us walk. Over paycheck stubs. If we didn't need our car, we would let them just take it. It has been nothing but a headache. Would not recommend. At all. Joel has been kind though.
Bought a 2018 Dodge Ram Rebel 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it! My salesman, Juan Morales, was extremely helpful but not pushy. Got the deal done really quick and we drove our new pickup home that afternoon. This is the 3rd new car we have bought here since 2009 and have been pleased with the service.
Not just great service but great people I feel like Matt is a super hero. I was trying to get in to a more fuel efficient car for work and no body could help me at all. They all said something different about why they couldn't approve me. I gave up and one day I walked up to Matt with little hope but wanted to see what he could do two hours later he texts me saying I'm approved if I could come and sign the papers.
