For a dealership who prides itself on customer service, sure has a great deal lacking. Our salesman AND the financing girl told us their service department checks ALL fluids and filters in their used vehicles.....well, lo and behold they don't. We've had it two weeks and had to replace the air filter because it was filthy! Also, after we purchased our vehicle we left it with them for tires and a trailer hitch. Have my Ford pickup down at Fenton Ford and Pampa to have a new clutch put in. All they had to do was put it back together it was already taken apart all they had to do was put the damn thing together now why is it taking 3 days before I'm going to get my pickup back. I had an appointment for Monday morning at 9 a.m. here it is Tuesday at 1:15 in the afternoon and I had to call them to get an update on it. I had an amazing experience when I purchased my car a few months back. Matt helped me find the perfect car for my needs and in my budget!! Just went today for my 1st oil change and my intial detail (I had missed getting it when I purchased..too late in the evening). My car looks so shiny and clean! Thank you!!! I highly recommend!!!
