I had got pre approved and was hesitating to even do it but but I called and set a appt with kolton on Saturday. I told him what I was looking at and explained my situation and told him everything I wanted in a vehicle. I thou I was gunna be there for hours but it only took maybe 3 hours tops. it was the fastest most easy and stress free car experience ive ever had in my life. And I’m so happy with my Jeep 😁 thank u kolton and Fenton ford pampa
They don't honor the extended warranty on used vehicle. You pay a fortune on coverage and they try their best not to RIP you off

I took my pickup for an estimate and got charged more than $60.00 when it was only test driven..I requested a detailed report of everything that was checked...I was told they were fixing to close and would mail the report to me..it’s been over a month and haven’t received it as of yet..I have gone to other places for estimates and never been charged. I was pretty disappointed 😔.. I will not be going back and I don’t recommend it to anyone
Everything was done just as I was told it would be,no surprises.Shane House did a great job for me.
We were in town for Holidays. Saw Yukon XL on lot. Daughter In Law got in touch with Shane. Short time later we were leaving with the Yukon. Had great and fast service from sales to financing. Would recommend them to everyone!
