came straight out to have a look at my boiler, explained everything to me, very nice man would recommend and definitely use again.
Spent time speaking to me over the telephone and offered to come out the same day. Nothing too much trouble - took the time to listen and advise. Advised with a focus on me - the customer and not his own pocket. Perfect service and will definitely keep his number in case I’m without heating or hot water again!
Fenland Heating Services installed a new boiler for me a couple of years ago and I cannot fault the workmanship at all. Jack has never had an issue with answering his phone to give advice and support whenever required. Highly recommended A+
