Firstly, allow me to make clear that at this precise moment our company have not yet used Fenchurch. However, they are not in dissimilar industry to ours (other than the fact they they are insurance legal specialists) and to say that I was impressed with the clarity that their Alex Rosenfield explained the "ins and outs "of a complicated claim in a web article is an understatement. Undoubtedly these will be our solicitors of choice when any of the claims we assess need to "go legal".

They were really concise
