Recently moved and cannot fault this surgery plus the John tasker house staff. In particular Hayley, Lucinda and Christina. So helpful, super friendly and make me feel so at ease.
Wow!! A wonderful, warm welcome at Felsted surgery yesterday. The lady behind reception was so kind to everyone she spoke to and went out of her way to be patient and helpful. The couple behind the prescription counter were equally friendly and helpful. A big thank you to you all, it makes such a difference to be greeted by smiley, welcoming staff.
David Hancock carried out a thorough assessment of balance and coordination. He was helpful and easy to talk to. Receptionist also arranged to have a blood test at an earlier time. Very pleasant staff.
10th July 2023: Tried to telephone to get a Doctor call back in relation to an urgent medical issue. Waited 45 minutes as "Caller number 3", in which time drove to surgery to try to make appointment - I was put on the list... However, lone receptionist said that unless I discussed my personal medical issues in front of patients in the waiting room the Doctor would not consider my problem as "Urgent" - presumably no appointment.
