Lovely thorough appt with Emma today. I am so relieved to have found a good physio locally in Wigton. It saves the pain of travelling further afield for physio, meaning I can go more regularly as it's so easy and takes less time out of my day off. I feel encouraged that she can address all my chronic and acute niggles.
What an oasis of calm as I went in and closed the door a wave of calm washed over me. The consultation and treatment with Emma was great, with lots of explanation and detail. the follow up with a program of exercises was very quick. I would totally recommend Emma at Fellside Physiotherapy. Thank you.
Emma was brilliant yesterday. Very patient, understanding, kind. Very thorough in her questions and medical history taking. She has a very holistic approach to the problem solving - not just a few exercises! Really liked the mixture of therapeutic approaches. Probably the best physio my husband and I have seen.
Went to see Emma about an issue I was having with my neck/shoulder, I was getting awful on and off pain and was finding it difficult to cope with reg tasks when having bad days with it, Emma was extremely helpful, she listened to me, and reassured me that it was just a muscle issue, and with only 2 sessions of hands on massage and sending me away with regular stretches I feel much better, if you’re unsure like I was it’s well worth giving her an email, she very much wants to see you better and wants the best for everyone tha... read more
First class professional service from Emma. Had an initial consultation in the morning to identify the issue and had a exercise program drop in my email in the afternoon.
