Lovely people, they care a lot and did a great job. Kerry Willard was particularly helpful and dedicated but they were all excellent and a really effective team, so thank you to you all.
We tried two other high street agents in Lymington before discovering Fells Gulliver — and there’s simply no comparison. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. The team’s communication was clear, timely, and professional throughout both the sales and post-sales process. They really went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended! The best part is, they sold our lovely home.
I liked the fact that Fells Gulliver proactively address perceived objections from purchasers. We had someone view our house despite them not wanting a 3 bedroom, north facing house. Paul gently let them know that a 4 bedroom house in their price range would have very small bedrooms and that our house was full of light and therefore the orientation was not an issue.
