I need to make an urgent appointment with Pepe if he still works there this is my second car I purchase and I always get cheated by this dealer I just bought another car and guess what ! Is raining and I’m getting wet inside the car ! They have no service until Monday so I have to get wet to go to works because the car is defective how can that sale cars like that
I wish I would've read the comments and reviews before taking my car in. Really bad customer service in the service department. Bad hombres and bad women too.
I was not happy with the length of time it took to get an oil change and run a diagnostic--over six hours. Plus there was a 140.00 charge just to run the diagnostic. I felt it was excessive. The staff was indifferent and after about 7 hours, I got my car back. It was not my best experience with Felix Chevrolet.
The worst dealership ever. They need my car for multiple days but don’t even have loaner cars to give out � then I come back months later for service and someone parked a sales car in the service drive in lane so when I arrive at 6:15am I pulled behind it thinking it was someone’s car who was going into service. That wasn’t the case. They took everyone who came after me in the other lab first then me. Then my car should have taken less than an hour and it’s been 2 hours so far. Just very poor service.

Very very slow service here they said they were going to call me back when the part was ready here I am a whole day later and I have to contact them not good service at all
