First and last bad experience with them
RecommendedWent with my girlfriend to Felix when she was choosing a new car. I thought I'd have to fight off the salespeople but they were actually really helpful -- we never felt pressured to buy. We ended up going with the Chevy Volt, which has been awesome.
The manager here he is an old guy getting baldy and his sales person is named Brian, just dont know this old man's name, wouldnt give you a good price but always the highest price. The experience here is really bad!!! Just go to other chevrolet not owned by Felix, cause they will always give you the highest priced deal. And I really feel discriminated here!!!
I rather drive a Cadillac
Clearly very uncaring of their image, professionalism, and morals. Sales team has seemingly forgot that the number one tool in sales is attitude, because the attitude here is poor
