Although they seemed to find me invisible the first time I came to the service department, the following visit was very nice, people were prompt to help me. However your waiting area really needs to be revamped!! the coffee machine is horrible, and the chairs all need to be reupholstered. For an iconic landmark, and that is what Felix it, it is very run down.
I cannot give you zero stars - stop disrespecting your clients' time. If my time is not valuable to you, my money certainly isn't either.
