I took my car for a recall part change been there 9am on appointment didn't finished until 3pm,no one couldn't give me estimated time!!
What a horrible customer service. Everything from the finance department to the service department. I was helped by Willy from finance and it seems that no one is clear about anything. You sign a contract and they can't find it in their system. You sign a contract that covers you for 2 years of maintenance and half way in they decide to change a clause. I suggest heading to either another chevy dealership or ANY other car dealership from experience.
