The trainers have excellent workouts planned daily. Great atmosphere and love training there.
I love this gym so much! The classes and exercises Sean compiles are super fun and effective! The group fitness classes keep me motivated, determined, and strong. I love this gym - I am so proud of Sean and Liane for creating such an amazing environment filled with state of the art equipment. Coaches Sean and Paul always bring their A game. They are sincere, friendly, and motivational. I'm proud to be a part of Team FGF!
