First time here..... Looks like a good challenge.
This is a gym for change I absolutely love it here the whole crew are amazing people that actually care about your health and well-being the members are very welcoming andmotivating. This is a place that you can work at your own pace but see changes very quickly in your physique. I would encourage anyone in the area to give this a shot if they are serious about life change.
This gym is awesome! Everyone is so nice, the trainers are amazing, the workouts really kick your butt (in a good way), and you see results quickly! I'll continue to come here as long as I live in havasu! �
