For no specific reason, I was a bit skeptical about a group fitness class. I'd always gone to a regular gym with fair results. And the possibility to publicly humiliate myself was (and is) concerning. But I was sold after the first 30 minutes. The classes are great fun with lots of energy. If you're concerned about classes being too challenging, Sean and Paul are always watching and adapting each situation, modifying exercises as your skill level increases. Amazing place! No matter what level of fitness or shape you are in they will make it work for you. They want you to succeed in your goals and their encouragement and thrive for it is contagious! Love this place!

Best gym I've ever been apart of... we all push each other in such a fun way! You don't have to think about anything... just show up and get your butt kicked!
Awesome gym!!! Great comradery!!! Kick ass trainers!!! What else more do you need! It doesn't get much easier than this people. Just show up and Sean, Paul and Liane will whip you into shape! Glad to be a part of the FGF family!
I really like it here they motivate me and challenge me every workout. The gym makes me feel like I'm part of a family striving to help each other succeed.
