Brought it all week at Feeling Good Fitness. Pushing myself to be ready for the Grand Canyon North Rim 1/2 & Full Marathon August 2018 6,600’ to 10,000’ elevation.. Thank you Robert, Dustin and Sean for the direction and guidance we thirst for. 💪😎👍 Endurance training NEVER GIVE UP..! Keep up the GREAT JOB guys our body’s are changing before our very own eyes..
