I have been seeing Helen for a year after being highly recommended to her… Helen has listened to me and treated me accordingly which has greatly improved my back and neck stiffness and worked on my thumb joints which has loosened them and reduced the pain so I can carry on with my work as a hairdresser

I have been treated by Helen for the past 2 years and really enjoy our sessions. I had immediate relief after just one session for sciatica and have continued to have treatment once per month. Prior to seeing Helen I was taking very strong medication and couldn't walk for more than 15 minutes without experiencing severe burning pain. Helen is amazing. She has really helped my painful shoulder and back, in just three expert sessions , I will now continue with regular maintenance visits. Helens professionalism coupled with her friendly, calming personality makes for a truly first class experience. Highly recommended.
Helen has been coming out to my horse for about 1 month (over 3 sessions).. the difference in my horse - Braken, is incredible!! She was very tight in her hamstrings, dock and around her point of hip.
