Helen is amazing. She has really helped my painful shoulder and back, in just three expert sessions , I will now continue with regular maintenance visits. Helens professionalism coupled with her friendly, calming personality makes for a truly first class experience. Highly recommended.
Helen has been coming out to my horse for about 1 month (over 3 sessions).. the difference in my horse - Braken, is incredible!! She was very tight in her hamstrings, dock and around her point of hip. I’ve been seeing Helen since last September. Had Bowen many years ago and was thrilled to find Helen who is local to me so I could try it again! Absolutely love it. Helen is wonderful, such a calming presence. I went to her with shoulder and neck pain and after 3 sessions (one a week) I was 99% pain free. I now see her every 4-8 weeks as a 'top up' to help with my busy working mum stress levels. Bowen is gentle but effective and powerful. I would recommend Helen to everyone.
