I have received a parcel and the seller made sure I get my parcel on time the seller was proffesional and he did his job correctly on time sending my goods. I paid for thr delivery to be speed delivery with extra pay. I have made multiple attempts to seek help regarding the delayed customs payment notification letter sent by your company. Due to the delivery serious delayed, I was unable to make the payment on time and was consequently fined by Account Control. BUT I called several of your customer service representatives assured me that I did not need to worry, that simply sending a letter to the invoice team would exempt me from the penalty. Credit where credits due. Carlos the courier 🚚 went above and beyond to help me collect my package when I was unavailable for a signature. He liaised with the depot so I could collect the following day - Saturday am. And David in reception was very helpful and timely in locating said shipment upon my arrival. A+

Booked a delivery 24 hours after the slot allocated, arrived nearly 5 hours after and the delivery man complained to me!
