This is the worst experience I have ever had with delivery company. They can't even find an address and custmor service is lying! The station doesn't care any tickets or instructions given!!! Very unprofessional!!! POOR communication!! POOR Support!! Please Close Down and stop wasting people's time if you can not even find addresses!!!!!

I’ve been waiting for my parcel for two days, tracking just keeps saying “back at Crawley depot” and delivery for the next day. I can’t seem to get a number to talk to anyone. Absolute terrible service. How this company survives, given the amount of other (much more efficient, in my opinion) delivery companies are out there, is beyond me. I have no faith that this parcel will be delivered tomorrow either, considering the lack of information I am able to get. This is a time sensitive item too. I have to say I will never use FedEx again in total life taken 3 days of work waiting for a parcel to be delivered that was absolutely critical for me

Driver is a liar, says they tried to deliver as I wasn't in. This is an office with 5 people in it. Not the first time this has happened. Lazy, unprofessional, liars.
