Very disappointed, my package was ripped apart at this facility and all the contents stolen. Have filed a police complaint. The guy at the counter said they received the package opened by customs. There was no custom tape on the package and custom officials do not tear the package apart and always put their tape on it. One of the employees at this facility stole the items. Doorbell at gate doesn't work, employees aware! Eventually got into the building, pressed the doorbell for assistance, waited 20minutes before being helped. Staff kept walking pass me saying they will be with me soon. This company has no clue what customer service is.
ridiculous that such a large company and you cant even talk to a human. as a b2b operative i ened to be able to contact the local depot. the number is for a call centre abroad who says they have no contact details of the depots or the drivers. we can not query why our collections havent taken place. we moved from DPD TO FEDEX and we are receiving even worse service. you wont last long .
Extremely poor service. i will refrain from using Fedex service.
