Been waiting best part of the day, Wouldn't it be nice if they could give a morning or afternoon time slot for deliveries. Tried phoning just got an automated response, no help at all to me.Next time I shop I'll ask who they use for deliveries
FedEx Station is an industrial area along Dartford Road. The neatest bus stop is Kenneth road /medway . Nearest train station is slade green.
This particular FedEx station seems to hire the most incompetent couriers I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. For three days in a row they have sent me emails about "attempted delivery" despite not showing up to my house once. They probably can't read addresses. I called customer service. I confirmed the address with them, I gave them my number, but the courier still didn't call me and logged an unsuccessful "attempted delivery". Incredible.
There isn’t masses of parking, but I was surprised by how many people stopped to ask me if I needed any help. It took a little while to find my package, as it was a massive box, but I was given updates that I wasn’t forgotten. It was an experience I thought I’d share.
Says open...not open wated 1 hour !!!
