Deserves a 0! The worst!! Got a message saying my package was coming at 10am and received another text about attempted delivery at 8:20? didn’t even call or ring the ball and I was at home waiting for this package that I needed! Fedex is a joke of company, they keep saying they came to delivery but they didn’t. I paid for next day delivery and it been more then a week and I still not received my shipment and god know where my shipment is. They customer service is shocking. They only use auto answer.
Useless company. I thought nobody could be worse than Evri, but FedEx have somehow managed it.
Been waiting best part of the day, Wouldn't it be nice if they could give a morning or afternoon time slot for deliveries. Tried phoning just got an automated response, no help at all to me.Next time I shop I'll ask who they use for deliveries
