The worst delivery service I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Inconsistent delivery updates and incompetent workers. Inept at conversation and can't even get through to a real human being. Don't even try to hide the fact that they don't give a damn.
Stated parcel due by noon, waited in, no parcel. Tracking now says due by 6pm. So I've had to wait in all day for Fedex. Poor service.
Superb service from FedEx Nottingham. Was given specified delivery date & time between 8.10-12.10 for delivery. Lovely driver arrived 8.24 am, very friendly and a pleasure doing business with. Was so impressed with the service, & because FedEx were so reliable, I ordered more from the seller 😃👍
I ordered a package from Poland where it was supposed to arrive yesterday. The package did not arrive at my address. FedEx says that it arrived and that some teenager picked it up. Who does not live with me because I live alone with my husband. They again claim that it will arrive today, that the courier will supposedly go to the address that was mistaken for the package and will bring the package today.
