The package I trusted FedEx with has been stolen by their chosen customs broker. The broker even contacted my recipient and demanded a £170 bribe to have it released. FedEx considers themselves not liable, so my package is now lost. They still charged me for the privilege.
Never do next-day priority with them or ring the customer service for assistance, because they will not help you. I ordered an item on Sunday and realised my mistake on the address, rang them the next day for it to be changed and for the station to be incompetent of following changes on the simple address, having to wait 5 days for your parcel is fantastic next-day priority! P.S if you are going to use FedEx never use anything with priority its a easy waste of money.
Very bad service The boss there thinking just about his profile not about the service cuz as long as he got paid he doesn’t care anymore about your parcel and when you call FedEx they say this center is not belong to us , so you didn’t send with us! You need to contact that shop to solve your issue!! So I don’t want people to get tricked that’s why I recommend them To send their parcels with FedEx directly.
The store saved me, I tried myself other ways to ship and I’m very glad I found them. Quick and efficient service, the man who attended me tried everything to charge the best price considering the size of my package. I’m very happy with the quality of the service. Highly recommended!
