The package was delivered April 7th at a Walgreens in Syracuse( which we chose since we went on a vacation), Yesterday someone call us from FEDEX Ship Center 985 W Kershaw St, Ogden, UT 84401 and he said that they dropped it at the Ogden IRS 1973 Rulon White BLVD My husband drove to Ogden IRS and spoke to the guard who was nice enough to try to help us and he said that they dont keep any package that is not addressed... read more
Very pleasant, helpful. They put the tag on the return tire for me.
At first the package was too hard to get then they closed. Surprisingly, they called me and said Ray would be able to help. Ray went above and beyond (after hours) to help locate and get me my package before the weekend, thanks.
