Awful experience, they have lied about attempting to deliver to my flat (posting the same image from a previous delivery attempt) I have taken a day off work to receive the delivery, yet they couldn't even be bothered to ring my doorbell. I have tried to get in contact, however I am met with an automated system that isn't designed to deal with anything but tracking and creating a new account. Utterly ridiculous for a service in 2025!

My 3 big parcels wer supposed to been delivered 2 days ago, no show, no card through letterbox and cannot get intouch with um i human form only stupid computers ,useless company FedEx.

FedEx's incompetence may kill our community theatre group. Delivery was due on 5th June but only half the shipment arrived. FedEx spent the next three weeks claiming they would deliver, rescheduling and cancelling. They then claimed the address was wrong/non-existent, despite having been here with the other half of the shipment. At no point did they contact us to clarify the address or explain why the shipment was being delayed. Then they claimed to have attempted delivery. We have video evidence that this is not the case. This is the second time I've had no delivery and had to travel over half hour to the depot to collect!
