FedEx's incompetence may kill our community theatre group. Delivery was due on 5th June but only half the shipment arrived. FedEx spent the next three weeks claiming they would deliver, rescheduling and cancelling. They then claimed the address was wrong/non-existent, despite having been here with the other half of the shipment. Shocking service .Two weeks and they have still failed to deliver parcel After talking to rep I was told it would be delivered this week not arrived so contacted again only to find out it is still in the Cardiff depot no attempt to deliver at all.No wonder you can’t contact anyone at the depot directly they would never be off the phone with complaints! I have actually received a parcel ordered from CHINA quicker than this that’s how bad they are. Don’t bother with this company
