I had great experience with the service, the staff were very nice and helpful throughout the process, very very good service.
The package I trusted FedEx with has been stolen by their chosen customs broker. The broker even contacted my recipient and demanded a £170 bribe to have it released. FedEx considers themselves not liable, so my package is now lost. They still charged me for the privilege.
