Arrived 30 minutes before closing - nobody there no phone number for contact , drove from Worcester - waste of time and money!! Very poor customer service

Senders and shops should avoid using this company. Spent £10 to have my order delivered this Saturday gone and of course it was a no show. Can't speak to a real person or get any explanation. These companies do not care! Avoid!

Fedex notified me my parcel would be delivered between 8am and 12pm When did they send tjis notification - the night before, early on day of delivery? No 11.41am on day of delivery when they were alreadu at my house and I was not. No chance for me to get back and no chance for me to give alternative instructions. So now the delivery will be too late and the productprobably end up being ret

I came to pick up my parcel on Saturday at 11:00 AM, but no one was there, even though it clearly states that you’re open until 12:00 PM. This was a complete waste of my time and money to get here. Additionally, the delivery service doesn’t allow me to choose options like leaving the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place, which is really inconvenient and not flexible at all.

Delivery was late, i waited a whole day at home because parcel required signature, called them next day to organise pickup arrived at 11.20 and there was noone in the reception or building despite opening times being until 12PM. I called both reception and traffic office but there was no response from anywhere Well done Fedex!
