As a student, I trusted FedEx with a gift bought with my hard-earned money, but they failed to deliver for over a week. Customer care was dismissive, rude, and gave false promises daily. They even hung up on me when I asked for clarity. Meanwhile, DHL resolved a similar issue and delivered within a day. FedEx's inefficiency and lack of empathy caused immense stress. I strongly recommend avoiding their services.
