Long waiting
Where once I'd see Fedex come up as a carrier option and feel reassured of reliable trusted service, I now would refuse this surface to avoid another saga. Priority next day means nothing. Am slot given, signature required (no mention of this from supplier), have to cancel my plans and transport for a third party, frustrating. Wait in, no delivery, am slot turns to pm slot., have to wait in again, nothing arrives. Complain to supplier but they can't get through to advise what's happened.
