Super unhelpful.
Not good at all
Honestly the worst company I have ever worked with, appauling customer services, broken systems. And they make it almost impossible to speak to a human. Incredibly fustrating! I have been trying to book a customer shipment for two weeks now and am still no closer. If the customer didnt require us to use fedex I would have walked away after the first day of wasted time. I have worked with many different couriers over the years and Fexex really come out on top for wasting my time and not getting the job done.
