Never, ever again would we buy another KIA. Especially through (Federico KIA).. We have had nothing but problems with our brand new car we bought from them. It's a constant battle with them trying to have them help you with your car issues even it's still under warranty. NEVER AGAIN!
We were looking for a second vehicle, either a van or something with a 3rd row of seats. A friend of ours has a Kia Sorento so we decided to check out the options. After a test drive, we were sold. We weren't pressured into purchasing additional coverages when we were signing the sales documents. They understood our need to keep the payments at a specified amount. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Ask for Brent.
