RecommendedI contacted Kia yesterday. I was introduced to Doug with a lengthy list of vehicles to test drive. He had them all ready one after the other. I didn't plan on this for about 2 years so I wasn't sure what I was going to get and under a time constraint. Doug made this a easy and good experience.

RecommendedI am very impressed with the honesty of the service department. I brought my car in there thinking that I needed back brakes. They advised me my brakes were fine. They could have easily changed them and charged me for it but they didn't. They did the same thing with my request to rotate the tires. They advised me that at this time my tires did not need rotated. Again, they could have done it and charged me for it and I would have been none the wiser. I really do appreciate their honesty.
