I am very impressed with the honesty of the service department. I brought my car in there thinking that I needed back brakes. They advised me my brakes were fine. They could have easily changed them and charged me for it but they didn't. They did the same thing with my request to rotate the tires. They advised me that at this time my tires did not need rotated. Again, they could have done it and charged me for it and I would have been none the wiser. I really do appreciate their honesty.

Nothing but love for these people! They don't treat you like another sale, you're invited in and made comfortable. Yes, they are there to sell, but don't let that fool you. They treat you better than family.
Federico Kia did a great job working on my Car. They were pleasant and very accommodating with me. I chose to stay there and wait and they were kind and offered drinks and snacks while I waited. It was a nice experience.
Love my new Kia Forte! This is my first big purchase as a young adult & I would recommend Doug to help you find your first car!
Shout out to Service Manager, Wayne. He provided great service to us on my daughters 2017 Forte that needed repair due to a battery ground cable issue. We appreciate the dedication to customer service. A side note to our salesman, Doug! He was awesome during the purchasing process!
