Chuck was a great help finding us the right truck but once the paper work was done and I was asking him questions about the truck he brushed me off and acted like he didn’t have time for us anymore Then my husband called for an owners manual since the truck didn’t come with one and he wasn’t any help when we asked him about certain options He told my husband to copy one off line REALLY We have bought our last 2 Vehicles from there Not sure if we will go back if we do we will ask for a different salesman

My daughter and I have both bought cars from Federico. Everyone in there is very kind. The salesman we use is Brent. He is not high pressured and that is exactly what I like. I believe that’s the best way to sell. When it’s time for another car, I definitely know where and who to go back to.
