Brought my Kia in for a recall. They refused to fix it because they said my fuel pump was bad. The service manager was unbelievably rude so I took it to another dealer. I was told the fuel pump was fine from the other dealer. I honestly feel like they were just trying to get almost $1,000 out of me. I will never return
