I had an oil change and follow up on a noise scheduled today. I go there and park in a spot due to the garage area being full (1 car was actually coming out the opposite way). The lady was immediately rude, stating that no matter what I need to pull in instead of parking my car in a spot. I proceeded to explain the noise that has been happening and she decided to start making guesses about the noise instead of saying they would look into it. Had a great experience at the dealership. Justin Avery was a pleasure to work with, not pushy and very informative. He explained everything in detail and he is the reason we came back to this dealership to purchase. Service dept was very nice and seem very easy to work with.
