Bad experience overall, we bought a 2020 Kia Soul and the car is fine but the customer service is horrible. Dalton and Devin were both arrogant and rude. I would not recommend this place. When requesting an update on the GAP coverage refund, because we ended up receiving some unexpected funds, Devin talked to me as if I were an idiot when requesting an update on the status of the refund. I had an oil change and follow up on a noise scheduled today. I go there and park in a spot due to the garage area being full (1 car was actually coming out the opposite way). The lady was immediately rude, stating that no matter what I need to pull in instead of parking my car in a spot. I proceeded to explain the noise that has been happening and she decided to start making guesses about the noise instead of saying they would look into it.
