Expansive complex with multiple buildings,giving a service deared by customers.
Possibly the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with I only found out they had my parcel when I got home to find a card stating it hadnt been delivered , tried to arrange redelivery to a pick up point with no success they tried delivery again without me knowing if my redelivery request had been registered only to find there was no redelivery at all .. I now do not know where my parcel is .......utter disgrace
FedEx internal audit and control team should investigate in Fedex Germany. Weak incorrect process which are imposingly enable crime within FedEx. Just look for google reviews at FedEx Germany Troisdorf with 1-star. Dozens with same. Cash paid customs duties to drivers with paper receipts following months of bills and reminders with the need to involve lawyers and judges.
This is a working office, not able to leave parcels at location, or arrange courier
