Delivery from Howdens via FedEx. The driver saw the clear instructions on my door but stuck to the rules and couldn't follow them (which is fine), so the parcel was taken back. Support redirected it to my work and it arrived fine the next day. Good service, just a bit too by-the-book at first.
This depot is the worst run place ever. We had a parcel that should have been delivered on the first day. They changed it to the next day, but said we changed it. The second day, said they had lost it and couldn't find it. Considering it weighed 45kg, how in earth they lost it, is beyond me!!! My order has been wrongly delivered by these clowns it went to the outer part of my city a totally different postcode to mine obviously the driver couldn't read the addresses correctly the tracking shows itdelivered to an address in Kirkella district 6 miles from my location. How in competent is that? I have this issue in the hands of the seller and eBay. I personally will avoid FeedEx like the plague.
