Waited in the entire day, the driver then lied and said he'd attempted delivery when he hadn't. Absolute shambles of a company
Ordered something from America that got shipped by FedEx and when it finally arrived at Howden it was out for delivery in no time at all. Overall a great service from start to finish
If I could give it no stars, I would. Package waited in for on three separate days, and no delivery happened on any of them, despite them saying that delivery had been attempted. Do not use this courier, they are liars and do not carry out thei basic function.
Was meant to receive a parcel on January 2nd that had left the supplier on December 30th. No parcel has yet been delivered, they’ve updated tracking with saying no customer available to take delivery or business closed. This message on tracking has been happening since the 2nd January. No real person to speak at customer services, just an automated BOT. Never received parcels through FedEx before and I have to say I’m really not impressed.
