If I could give it no stars, I would. Package waited in for on three separate days, and no delivery happened on any of them, despite them saying that delivery had been attempted. Do not use this courier, they are liars and do not carry out thei basic function.
Was meant to receive a parcel on January 2nd that had left the supplier on December 30th. No parcel has yet been delivered, they’ve updated tracking with saying no customer available to take delivery or business closed. This message on tracking has been happening since the 2nd January. No real person to speak at customer services, just an automated BOT. Never received parcels through FedEx before and I have to say I’m really not impressed. Piss poor. Had an email from the Supplier confirming delivery date of 7th Jan. Received text from FedEx confirming the same date with time window of 08:40-12:40. Sat indoors all day waiting!! Currently 16:50. Checked the tracker; "15:58 Delivery exception" "Customer not available or business closed HOWDEN GB" What a load of bullshit! Driver has made NO attempt to delivery the package. We've been at home all day. No effort or attempt to make any form of contact whatsoever. Maybe the correct update is driver couldn't be bother... read more
