The mentality of this surgery beggars belief. No wonder A&E is overcrowded. You complete PATCHS only to be told no appointments available now until next week, but if Symptoms persist complete a new PARCHS tomorrow…… Son clearly has tonsillitis and needs antibiotics. Now having to travel to Widnes to go to out of hours, absolutely appalling.
