Fearnalls provided an excellent service. They created a nice looking ad on Rightmove with lovely pictures. We had lots of viewings as soon as the ad went live and Tom was impressive and charming whilst showing people round. Richard was a great help in finalising the sale and assisting with exchange and completion. He was always quick to respond to correspondence and has a wealth of knowledge in the local area and property in general.
I had a great experience selling my home with Tom and Richard, we had some bumps in the road with a couple of sales falling through (no fault from them at all) but every time after they have managed to find new buyers very quickly with years of experience. I would highly recommend using Fearnalls Estate Agents and I would not hesitate to use them again if I happen to sell another home.
