I have used Feakins for a couple of years now and I will continue to use them. They provided me with exceptional customer service. Whilst everyone there is very helpful and friendly, I felt that Rebecca gave me an ultimate customer service experience. I was welcomed whilst I sat in their reception area and did my work whilst I waited. My bank card declined and I was treated with the upmost respect and care despite feeling embarrassed. Took my car in to have my bumper and wheel arches repaired, very happy with the quality of work carried out and the price too, the price quoted was £40 cheaper than a different local garage. The staff are really friendly and very helpful, highly recommend.
They did great work on my car and the costs were very competitive. Totally satisfied.
Rang to get a price for a repair to my car, was told that they would ring me back....three days later I followed up my call, receptionist with attitude told me it was on her 'list of things to do' and she would get round to it......that was a week ago. Poor service if you don't contact customers wanting to use your services..
