Fred from FB Roofing came to check out some problems with our roof. He conducted a thorough inspection, identified several significant problems, and recommended a full roof replacement as the most appropriate course of action. He promptly provided a clear, written quotation, which we accepted. The work was scheduled at a time that suited us and took two days to complete. New roof installed, whole process from initial contact to completion has been excellent! I would give this company 10 out of 10 - they turned up punctually, completed work to a very high standard and cleaned up thoroughly when job completed. Icing on the cake was the level of customer service - we had complications due to solar panels through a lease company being removed prior to work - Fred, the owner, has been incredibly patient with my sometimes daily calls for advice.
