My first experience of therapy and it has been transformative. Faye has that rare quality of being able to remain completely professional whilst simultaneously creating a safe space to explore the hidden traumas that took you to her in the first place. The initial ‘strangeness’ of the tapping was overcome by the positive results; highly recommend.

Was thinking about therapy for years but unsure what to expect. From my first phone call with Faye I felt a very positive joyful outlook. Faye was calm, kind and give off very good energy which is what you need when feeling your most venerable. I would highly recommend Faye and her style of therapy to anyone going through any sort of negative feeling / life experience to help you move forward in life and relationships.

I’ve had a few sessions with Faye and I must say that from the first phone call with her, I got a really good energy from her, she immediately made me feel like I’m talking to a friend, not a therapist, and it was really easy to open up, which can be a struggle for me sometimes. The sessions were obviously quite emotional for me at times, but very helpful nonetheless ☺️
